How much do you charge for shipping?

Orders $49.99 or less ship for a flat rate of $9.99 within the contiguous US. Orders $50 and over will ship for free within the contiguous US.

How much is shipping outside the contiguous US?

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are based on the weight of the order. You can see the total shipping charges by adding all of the products you would like to order to your shopping cart and filling out the shipping information. At this time we do not ship to Puerto Rico, other U.S. Territories, or internationally. 

What shipping method do you use?

Orders are typically shipped by UPS. Packages weighing less than 2 pounds will be shipped via the most economical method (UPS or USPS Priority Mail). All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via USPS. If you require a specific shipping method please contact us before placing your order.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Yes. However, orders with expedited shipping must be placed over the phone. You can reach us at (830)331-2311 to do so.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 48 hours after you have placed your order.

What if I'm unhappy with my order?

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchases, but if you aren't, we want to know about it. Email us at sales@happyhentreats.com and we will do our best to make it right.

What is your return policy?

We will be glad to offer a full refund of the purchase price of any item purchased from happyhentreats.com within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and insure return shipments.
  • We cannot accept returns for Happy Hen Treats products purchased from other sellers.

    Can my refund be issued to me by check?

    We can only issue refunds in the same form that the order was paid for. For example, refunds for orders paid by credit card can only be issued to the same card that the order was paid for with, or store credit. However, if the credit card expires or is no longer valid, we can only issue store credit for the amount.
